GENERAL
INFORMATION and CONDITIONS OF HIRE
A
contract of hire exists when deposit and written confirmation is
received. The balance of hire to be paid at least 8 weeks prior
to the holiday start date. In the event the hirer cancels the booking
or fails to pay the balance by the due time the owner reserves the
right to re-let the property, any re-letting money received after
deducting the deposit and making good any losses will be refunded
in full. The hirer will have no further claims against the owner.
It is the hirer's responsibility to arrange holiday insurance if
wished for.
All damages
and breakages are the legal responsibility of the hirer and their
cost paid for. These and any problems/faults should be reported
immediately in order that matters can be rectified as soon as possible.
The property is expected to be left clean and tidy.
Entry
and departure times must be observed in order that in can be inspected
and made available for new visitors. It will be ready to take over
after 3 pm of the first day of your holiday and should be vacated
by 10 am on the day of departure.
Weekly
bookings begin Saturdays.
The accommodation
is for a maximum of 2 adults only. Ample parking space on property.
